The Food Stamp Program provides food support to low-income New Yorkers including working families, the elderly and the disabled to increase their ability to purchase food.
Times are hard and there is nothing wrong with asking for some help. Especially when the term “help” literally means putting food in your child’s mouth. Don’t be ashamed to go to your local Food Stamp Center and ask question to see if you qualify.
